regular tea and tea with milk, you have to limit regular tea if its gives you a problem.

fruit juices can also be too rich and trigger ibs.

try some of these alternatives.

herbal tea like chamomile tea, peppermint tea and maybe nettle tea also fennel tea.

plain water is also mild on the stomach, and doesn't really trigger irritable bowel syndrome only if you drink too much can it really be a problem.
