irritable bowel syndrome - do not drink fizzy pops coffee trigger irritable bowel syndrome
with irritable bowel syndrome ibs you do not want to drink too many fizzy pops like coka cola etc, the best drink for irritable bowel syndrome is just basic tap water or bottled water, to keep rehydrated without any other elements that can trigger the irritable bowel syndrome, also coffee and normal tea can trigger irritable bowel syndrome.
