milk as this is hard work for the stomach and if you have a weak or sensitive stomach and especially if you have ibs then milk should be avoided unless you find you have no trouble with milk.

coffee is another drink to avoid for ibs sufferers, coffee is very strong on the stmach.
regular tea and tea with milk, you have to limit regular tea if its gives you a problem.
fruit juices can also be too rich and trigger ibs.
try some of these alternatives.
herbal tea like chamomile tea, peppermint tea and maybe nettle tea also fennel tea.
chamomile plant bellow very soothing to the stomach and bowels.
plain water is also mild on the stomach, and doesn't really trigger irritable bowel syndrome only if you drink too much can it really be a problem.
